Went a shorter distance at 2 AM after work. I then ran 3 miles in the rain at 5 PM.

Today I decided to go the extra mile, hardy har har. |
| | I am experiencing some right knee pain so I have been taking a break from running since Sunday. | |
| | Just a nice easy run. Trying not to overdue it. My knee hasn't been bothering me much. I want to keep it that way! |
| | My knee has been feeling a lot better and I decided to take a late night run. I had just got back from a vacation in Portland. I walked and biked everywhere the entire trip. Going to buy a bike this week to strengthen my quads and hopefully be back up to running 3 miles at a time by the end of the month. |

| | School started this week, I had a big exam last Tuesday, and my girlfriend broke up me the Tuesday before. It feels good to run. |
